This proposal seeks to scrutinize the use of the body as an object of production and its relationship with acquired value. Trabis is the Latin word for Trabajo (work in Spanish), which means obstacle, difficulty, impediment.
Trabis is a story where four characters represented by a single performer - one body - are born and grow from a red wheelbarrow. Just as in our garden, we harvest characters that tell us how our body is a tool of production: Death, The Farmer, The Sailor and The Old Acrobat are intertwined.
